Roper Gulf Regional Council is seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to step into the role of Assistant Aged Care and Disability Manager. This pivotal position supports the delivery of high-quality aged care and disability services across our remote communities — a chance to lead with purpose and make a meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of others.
In this role, you will support the Clinical Aged Care and Disability Manager by overseeing the smooth delivery of aged care and disability services, ensuring compliance, quality, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will span administration and reporting, financial management, staff supervision and mentoring, coordinating service programs (including CHSP, Support at Home, and NDIS), and fostering organisational sustainability through adherence to policies and cross-team collaboration. You will also drive continuous improvement, support audits, engage with the community, and uphold the highest standards of workplace health, safety, and infection control.

Salary Range: $114,123.79 – $125,614.36per annum
