Your new role:
As an Assistant Finance Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial and asset accounting. Your work helps keep our financial systems running smoothly and compliantly. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting general ledger management, taxation tasks, and statutory reporting
Assisting with annual financial statements and external reports
Enhancing internal financial policies and processes for improved efficiency
Responding promptly to client inquiries and maintaining high service standards

You are a detail-focused finance professional with strong accounting knowledge and a commitment to quality and compliance. You bring technical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Experience or knowledge in financial and asset accounting, including taxation compliance
Familiarity with accounting standards and financial management in the public health sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and provide clear financial advice
