An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BRHS staff member to provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy Director Aged and Community Health. In this role your organisational prowess and passion for community wellbeing will play a pivotal role in supporting Aged Care and Community Health initiatives at BRHS.
The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time, 32.0 hours per fortnight, Monday – Friday Business hours
The Position:
Assisting the Deputy Director Aged and Community Health, you will provide timely, efficient and professional administrative support to ensure the achievement of Aged Care and Community Health goals. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication across departments whilst maintaining high levels of integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality.

Key criteria required:
- Minimum 3 years' recent experience providing administration support
- A qualification in Administration or Business studies (minimum Certificate III or equivalent) is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in providing secretarial support to committees
- Experience working with culturally diverse stakeholders or a willingness to learn
