Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for premium cocktails, elegant lounge experiences, and exceptional guest service?
The Waiting Room, located in the heart of the Crown Towers lobby, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead its dynamic team and uphold the venue’s Forbes 5-star service standards. This is a unique opportunity to manage one of Perth’s most well known hospitality venues, where excellence is expected and consistently delivered. In this role, you’ll shape the guest experience, drive operational success, and lead a passionate team committed to delivering world class service.
Known for its refined cocktail culture, private events, and memorable guest experiences, The Waiting Room is a standout in Perth's bar scene. Its award-winning cocktail program and reputation for impeccable service have earned awards such as “Best Hotel Bar” and “Best Bar,” solidifying its status as a benchmark for luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the cocktail bar and lounge
- Maintain and elevate Forbes 5-star service standards
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a passionate team of hospitality professionals
- Drive operational excellence across staffing, inventory, and financial performance
- Collaborate on cocktail innovation and guest experience enhancements
- Drive operational performance, including staffing, inventory and financial management
About you
- 3–4 years of leadership experience in a premium bar, lounge, or luxury hospitality setting
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
- Deep appreciation for cocktail culture and luxury guest experiences
- Thrive in fast paced, high end environments with a sharp eye for detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
Hold a current RSA certificate & current Approved Managers Card
