Hotel Kununurra is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisors to join our team. This position requires someone that will lead and oversee the food and beverage department in the day to day operations of this busy country pub.
Our venue consists of a 45 room Hotel, public bar, beer garden, TAB, large bottleshop and restaurant for hotel guests and the community. This is a hands on role within our busy venue, so you must be passionate, customer-centric and display an excellent work ethic to lead by example.
The successful candidate must possess:
- Experience in food & beverage service and cellaring.
- Sound knowledge of the F&B industry
- Experience in training and coaching other employees
- Exceptional leadership qualities and people management skills
- Strong administrative skills (ordering, rostering, stock control etc)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must have current RSA and Approved Manager License WA

Availability:
On offer, we have 2 full-time roles available. We are looking for candidates who are available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and public holidays.
