Silver Fox Cafe is on the search for the perfect barista to join our respected establishment and team!
Our ideal candidate is a quirky, bubbly individual that takes pride in their presentation and personal brand. Someone who is confident and experienced, someone who is knowledgable in coffee blends and single origins. Latte art is a must as our brand is very much centred around image and social media advertising to attract new customers.
The Fox is a classy modern cafe which exudes quality and personality. The barista is the first person to come into contact with arriving customers, with the coffee machine situated at the front of the cafe. This means that our barista will be expected to embody the cafe's vibe and give these customers a feel for the environment.
We are looking to create a new culture in the cafe that is aligned with the brand image that has been built over 6 years of operation, and taking it to a new level. The new barista will be the face of this new era!
