We’re looking for a skilled part-time barista to join the team at 3.8 Baysie — someone who’s confident behind the machine and enjoys delivering friendly, professional table service.
About the role:
- Part-time: 21+ hours per week
- Must be available weekends (Saturday & Sunday), plus one weekday shift
- A mix of barista duties and front-of-house service (taking orders, running food, chatting with customers)
- Above award pay
- Super easy to get to — right next to Bayswater train station
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2+ years of barista experience in a busy café
- Confident with dial-ins, milk texturing, workflow, and speed during busy service
- Comfortable providing table service and creating a warm, welcoming vibe
- Friendly, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
We’re a tight-knit team with a solid local following, and we’re after someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the coffee machine.
