The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the Senior Leaders and Executive Assistant in Finance managing operational processes and internal and external client relationships.
This will be a full- time, permanent position based in the Sydney Office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform delegated finance administrative tasks and other support activities to ensure optimal utilisation of Finance technical people resources for core Finance technical activities.
- The administrative activities include but are not limited to managing and responding to queries in shared inboxes; downloading/uploading reports; processing corporate credit card requests; managing the physical Finance mail inbox; assisting with banking activities; and overseeing invoice tracking of recurring monthly invoices.
- Support the Senior Business Analyst in project managing financial systems projects, initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives through monitoring, report preparation and other governance related activities.
- Assist with triaging and managing Workday Help cases under the guidance of the Senior Business Analyst.
- Support the Finance Transformation Manager in project managing transformation projects, initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives through monitoring, report preparation and other governance related activities.
- Organise department Reward & Recognition activities in line with entertainment budget as required.
ABOUT YOU
- Intermediate competency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
- Superior time management and organisation skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.
- Customer Service and/or Office experience.
- Experience of providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
