Responsibilities
· Assist mortgage broker with loan applications and documentation gathering
· Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information
· Maintain organised client files and ensure timely follow-ups
· Prepare and review the necessary paperwork for loan processing
· Coordinate with lenders and other parties to facilitate the mortgage process
· Stay updated on mortgage products and industry regulations
· Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the process
Requirements
· Year 12 Certificate or equivalent; degree in finance or related field preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Familiarity with mortgage products and services is a plus
· Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable using various software
· Friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others
