In this role, you'll:
Join us in the Station Product Development Team and help shape and deliver digital products that make a real difference to our customers, turn data and ideas into clear digital reporting platforms, creating sharepoint lists and generating necessary data analytics for the optimum reporting.
You will analyse and bring together information to define and solve business problems.
Prepare project initiation documents, including scope, costings, benefits, and solution papers.
Support the development of business cases, financial models, and budget submissions to secure funding.
Review and analyse existing Power BI and DOMO platforms, identifying and assessing potential reporting improvements through data analysis.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support long-term business goals.
This role is permanent, full-time, with flexible office attendance at our Burwood or City offices, hybrid arrangement is at discretion of operational requirement and agreement with direct manager.

About you
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with strong foundations in data analytics and business process analysis.
• Interest to develop product development skills to support team in industry research
• Hands-on experience maintaining and improving medium to large applications.
• Strong skills in DOMO and Power BI, including building and refining dashboards to deliver insights.
• Experience with SharePoint, managing data/analytics that feed into dashboards.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Experience enhancing digital platforms and delivering actionable analytics.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and project management.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, or actuarial studies.
