What’s the role?
Lendi Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Growth Product team – the primary entry point for customers into the Aussie and Lendi businesses.
This team owns and optimises key areas of our website, including property reports, credit scores, calculators, landing pages, web content, and our core customer acquisition funnels.
As part of our Business Analyst Practice, you’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities, validating hypotheses, and optimising user journeys with a focus on the website experience. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on using data and insights to drive product-led growth and deliver measurable impact.
Job Description
On a typical day you will:
- Conduct in-depth analysis and requirements gathering sessions.
- Create and manage detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with agile cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, QA) across remote and on-site settings environments.
- Provide BAU support, including helpdesk ticket analysis and resolution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated end-to-end Business Analyst experience within Agile Scrum team.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.
- Strong blend of technical and business BA skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Awareness of digital product design and the interaction between frontend and backend connectivity.
- High attention to detail when reviewing and interpreting UI designs,able to spot inconsistencies, usability issues, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Desirable but not essential:
- Understanding of the home loan application lifecycle, particularly lending-specific requirements
