About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Business Support, this role is integral in delivering efficient and reliable support services across the business. You will play a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly by standardising, simplifying, and optimising processes while maintaining full compliance with company policies and procedures.
This is a hands-on role involving general administration, purchasing and invoicing, travel coordination, event support, and onboarding activities. You'll be working closely with a variety of stakeholders across business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver business support services in accordance with the Business Support - Support Guidelines
- Coordinate and support travel arrangements, meetings, events, room bookings, and catering
- Perform general purchasing, invoice receipting, expense transfers, and timesheet input
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new staff (including systems and access setup)
- Provide back-up support for Safety and Security administration
- Support internal improvement initiatives and drive standardised business processes
- Maintain high standards of customer service and administrative compliance
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Support or administration role
- Demonstrated ability to drive process and productivity improvements
- High-level skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise and meet competing deadlines
- A proactive and adaptable approach, committed to safety and continuous improvement
