CPSN are looking for pro-active, reliable people to support our fantastic teenage female client who has cerebral palsy and lives with her family in Wodonga, Victoria.
Our client’s family are delightful and are looking for people who have a great attitude, are willing to learn, and motivated to work in a respectful and collaborative manner to help her to thrive. The family has dogs so you must be comfortable with dogs.
The role involves working with the client's family and existing support team at the client's home in a collaborative and supportive environment. Support Workers receive ongoing training onsite and online to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Supports required: Assistance with personal care, activities of daily living, community access, complex care provision e.g.: PEG and tracheostomy care.
Shifts available:
Week 1
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - 6:00pm to 11.00pm
- Saturday - 7:00am to 4:00pm
- Sunday – 7:00am to 1:00pm
Week 2
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - 6:00pm-11:00pm

What you need to be considered for interview:
- Open license desired but not essential
- Willingness to learn complex care supports
- Strong observational skills
- A proactive approach
- Problem solving capabilities
- Respect for established routines
You must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- 2 references from prior and/or current employers
Certificate III or IV in Disability Support desired but not essential!
