We’re on the hunt for a highly organised, hands-on Cellar & Logistics Supervisor to keep our back-of-house world running like clockwork. If you thrive on coordination, love a good logistics puzzle, and can keep multiple moving parts (and pallets) under control, you might be our perfect match.
The role:
You’ll take charge of all things cellar and dock — overseeing deliveries, stock control, and traffic flow across our busy multi-venue site (Club Central, Travelodge Hotel, and our Chinese Restaurant). You’ll be the main point of contact for delivery drivers, keeping our dock operations smooth, safe, and squeaky clean, while ensuring stock moves where it’s needed — on time, every time.
What you’ll do:
Manage dock schedules to avoid congestion and double-ups.
Lead a small team to deliver top-notch cellar and logistics operations.
Oversee stock control — from ordering and receiving to rotation and storage.
Maintain food safety and WHS compliance.
Liaise daily with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
Keep accurate records and reports to support operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in logistics, cellar operations, or stock control (hospitality a bonus).
A knack for coordination in shared or multi-tenant dock environments.
Strong people skills — you’ll be talking to everyone from truckies to execs.
Understanding of food safety standards (certification or willingness to obtain).
Forklift competency (or willing to learn).
RSA certification.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with beer lines, gas, or postmix systems.
Scheduling/traffic flow management experience.
Data analysis skills for reporting and forecasting.
