Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the PMO and broader CCSO division.

Proven experience in developing and delivering communication strategies within large-scale projects or programs.
High-level knowledge of contemporary communication and engagement frameworks.
Strong understanding of project management, change management, and business integration.
Ability to translate complex change into effective communication products.
Exceptional written communication skills, with experience producing a range of collateral from formal reports to digital content.
Experience in justice or human services environments is highly regarded.
Qualifications in communication, change management, project management, or human services are highly desirable.
