  • Be the contracts go-to in a high-performing, supportive team
  • Play a vital role in delivering premium over-50s communities
  • Flexible, fast-paced role with real career progression opportunities

Join a fast-growing, values-led lifestyle brand

Do you live for legal precision, love organisation, and thrive in the details?

Living Gems is one of Australia’s most respected developers of lifestyle resorts for over-50s — and we’re looking for a proactive, switched-on Contracts Coordinator to help us keep our paperwork as exceptional as our communities.

This is your chance to join a passionate, tight-knit team and play a vital role in the delivery of resort homes and facilities across Queensland and beyond. If you’re sharp with contracts, familiar with construction processes, and ready to own your space, we want to meet you.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a trusted Australian brand in lifestyle resort development
  • Be part of a passionate, purpose-led team shaping resort communities
  • Hybrid flexibility, strong team culture, and meaningful impact

What you’ll do:

  • Be the gatekeeper for all residential construction contract documentation
  • Review and coordinate contracts to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution and documentation flow
  • Keep our contract systems organised, accurate, and always up to date
  • Be the right hand to our Contracts & Sales Operations Manager, stepping up as needed
  • Help shape best practice in contract management across the team
  • Stay informed on changes to legislation, particularly around manufactured homes

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field
  • A good grasp of contract law, especially in residential or manufactured housing
  • Confidence navigating construction documentation
  • Super-organised, detail-obsessed, and a natural communicator
  • Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (bonus points for CRM and doc management tools)

Why join Living Gems?

  • Work with a respected, family-owned brand with 40+ years of history
  • Play a part in building vibrant, purpose-driven resort communities
  • Enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and a team that actually values your contribution
  • Be part of something special — we’re growing, evolving, and telling a great story
