About this Opportunity:
Are you passionate about building customer-centric marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement and brand loyalty? SilverChef is seeking a dynamic Customer Marketing Specialist to lead multi-channel campaigns that captivate, convert, and retain customers across global markets.
In this pivotal role, you’ll design and deliver lifecycle strategies, own key initiatives like customer engagement e-newsletters, website content and blogs, and shape the voice of our brand across our global channels.
You’ll be at the heart of our brand strategy—driving awareness, engagement, and retention while shaping customer experiences that matter.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end campaigns from concept to execution, across multiple platforms.
Craft automated and trigger-based communications for every stage of the customer journey.
Design and deliver our global strategy to drive positive brand reputation across review channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative, compliant and brand-aligned campaigns.
Report on campaign performance, make data-led decisions and optimize activity to hit KPIs and demonstrate ROI.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years experience in a similar marketing role and relevant tertiary qualifications.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or other.
Advanced skills in analysing campaign performance and customer behaviour using tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets to deliver measurable results.
Robust agency briefing and management skills, including hands-on experience in content creation, editing, and familiarity with reporting analytics and social media.
An ability to work on big strategy plans, as well as day-to-day tasks.
Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
Exceptional written and spoken communicator, with the ability to prepare performance reports and marketing communications.
Experience with Canva, or similar creative tool.
