Customer Service - Showroom Consultant

With the current showroom located in Yallah (Wollongong) and distribution centres in Sydney & Melbourne, we offer a range of hi-quality flooring options for nationwide shipping. Due to our continued fast growth, We are in search for an experienced Customer Service - Showroom Consultant professional to join our current team and to commence employment at our brand new head office / high-end showroom recently constructed.

The Role

• Front Desk Reception - Greet all clients in a positive manner ensuring a positive experience
• Assist customers with queries and guide them through the flooring showroom.
• Be an ambassador for the brand – you will be the face of Imperial Flooring Australia, bringing the brand to life for our customers. Our custo
• Delivering excellent customer service face to face and over the phone / email
• Efficiently manage and direct incoming calls
• Processing quotations and invoices
• Following up on quotations with clients from our system register
• Packing & sending online orders & flooring samples when required
• Handling Trade inquiries for trade supplies. (Training provided)
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure they are well-presented at all times.
• Assisting for any warehouse duties, only when required
  
  

Our Requirements

• Previous experience in face to face customer service is required
• Have high attention to detail, be mature and responsible and have excellent communication skills.
• Be confident, well-groomed and have excellent interpersonal skills
• An eye for colour, design and interior decoration
• Ability to work in a team & Independently
• Strong computer and administration skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Possess a valid drivers license and have own reliable transport
