Customer Success & Technical Support Engineer
📍 Brisbane (preferred) | Hybrid role | Open to Sydney or Melbourne remote

We’re now looking for a Customer Success & Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. If you’ve got the energy, empathy, and initiative to solve problems, support customers, and help build out processes that scale, this could be your next big move.
What you’ll do
- Be the first line of support for installers, direct customers, and manufacturers – resolving tickets with both technical know-how and people skills.
- Troubleshoot issues across battery and inverter systems, commissioning, firmware updates, and grid compliance.
- Support system installation and commissioning (remotely), ensuring designs and installs meet Australian standards.
- Build and improve processes – from writing clear SOPs to contributing to automation and self-service tools.
- Create customer resources like FAQs and guides, and help train installers on best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to resolve issues and feed insights back into product improvements.
What you’ll bring
- 2–5 years in technical support, customer success, IT, telco, or engineering roles.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills – with bonus points if you’ve worked with solar, batteries, or electrical systems.
- Energy, empathy, and great people skills – you’re as comfortable with customers as you are with technical detail.
- Experience documenting processes, building SOPs, and suggesting improvements.
- Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tickets at once.
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing platforms (Dynamics 365, Jira, or similar).
