As the Delivery Lead, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of a major change portfolio critical to the Group. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in managing complex programs across business and technology domains, particularly within banking and financial services and you’ll be joining a team that is doubling down on customer obsession.
What you’ll do
- Drive the implementation and delivery of strategic change initiatives, ensuring alignment with NAB’s global priorities and business outcomes.
- Manage targeted communications with senior stakeholders to clarify dependencies, deliverables, and issues, while effectively managing expectations.
- Develop and execute robust change management plans to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes and systems.
- Facilitate the achievement of business outcomes and support sponsors in realising ROI.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and ensure learnings are captured throughout the program lifecycle.
- Oversee initiation, execution, and closure of programs, including quality control, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
What you’ll bring
- Extensive project management experience, with at least 5 years in banking and financial services, ideally in Institutional Lending.
- Proven track record in delivering large, complex programs with multiple streams across regions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of structured project methodologies, including Change Management and Technology Delivery.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex vendor and business environments.
