We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager on an ongoing basis to provide leadership and expert guidance regarding the BPC consolidated regulatory systems.
BPC Commitment
Please note:
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Technical Delivery Manager leads the design, development, and delivery of the BPC's Salesforce platform. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure the Salesforce ecosystem supports the organisation's regulatory responsibilities and digital transformation agenda.
The role requires both deep Salesforce development experience and the ability to guide and mentor teams, manage vendor engagements, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. The incumbent will drive solution design, configuration, integration, and performance tuning while maintaining a strong governance approach across platform operations.
This position works closely with the CDO, TO, and Product Owners to align platform development with BPC's strategic priorities and ensure sustainable, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in leading development and implementation in complex, regulated environments.
- Proven high-level experience in providing regular reporting and insights on platform health, risk exposure, and roadmap progress to the CIO and executive team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to convey technical concepts in business terms.
- Demonstrated ability in managing technical teams, vendors, and delivery streams.
- Strong experience in overseeing and maintaining the full DevOps lifecycle of digital solutions—from design, development, integration, and automated testing through to secure deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement—in alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
