Coombabah State High School is located on the northern Gold Coast, adjacent to the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area.

About the Role
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
Deputise for the Principal when required.
Promote socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
Build partnerships with students, parents, agencies, community groups.
Be future-oriented and strategic.
Understand policies and legislation affecting the department.
Manage department resources to achieve goals.
