At Horizon Power, we’re transforming how Western Australians experience energy – and we’re looking for a Digital Content Manager who will be accountable for planning, leading and delivering content management for everything needed on our digital channels.
We’re looking for a digital all-rounder who’s just as comfortable crafting a content strategy as they are jumping into the CMS to publish a web update. You’ll lead content planning and creation across our website and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and Insta). Making sure everything we share is clear, on-brand and compelling.

What You'll Champion
- Oversee and execute digital content strategy, encompassing planning, creation, and deployment across all channels to drive alignment with our corporate strategy, brand strategy, and specific campaign goals.
- Design and implement comprehensive digital workflows, driving content from creation to launch in sync with Digital Experience and cross-channel stakeholders.
- Create and curate expert-level digital content, including writing, visual design, and layout for websites and digital platforms—grounded in industry best practices and high standards for quality.
- Enhance user experience across product interfaces, applying integrated and mobile-responsive design principles to improve interaction and engagement.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to support delivery of high-performing digital content for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and business unit campaigns—emphasising channel performance, audience engagement, and targeted email marketing efforts.
What Sets You Apart
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and frameworks, applied effectively to enhance engagement and brand visibility. A strategic mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Trend-conscious and brand loyal, maintaining current market awareness while ensuring all content and communication remain aligned with brand identity (visual and tone).
- Formal qualifications in marketing, business, communications, or a related field are preferred, though equivalent industry experience and demonstrated professional expertise are equally valued.
- Advanced communication and presentation capabilities, with a proven ability to articulate design rationale and translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking proficiency, executing multiple targeted communication campaigns and managing sensitive customer data with integrity —backed by performance analytics and reporting.
- Flexible and adaptive to change, consistently evolving with industry demands and organisational shifts.
