We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Coordinator to join our Digital & Customer Experience team. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital features, content, and enhancements across our customer-facing platforms, including the ENGIE website and the MyENGIE mobile app. You will manage and optimise our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring it serves as a powerful communication tool that aligns with customer needs and delivers exceptional user experiences. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital projects and initiatives. You’ll be working in a multi-platform digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and consistent user experience across web and mobile environments.
About You
- Undergraduate degree in Digital, Communications or Marketing or a relevant field.
- Experience managing and optimising digital content using CMS platforms.
- Ability to support the development and enhancement of digital features across web and mobile environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design and functionality.
- Proficiency in monitoring and analysing user engagement using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Firebase.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to provide digital solutions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Skilled in coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives.
- Capable of maintaining documentation and reporting for digital projects and performance metrics.
- Experience working in agile environments and across integrated digital platforms.
