Wenona is seeking a proactive and dedicated Communications Coordinator (Digital Media & Design) to join our wonderful Communications and Marketing team and provide creative and technical expertise across a broad range of media platforms. This role supports the wider Communications function, contributing to a positive internal culture where service, integrity, kindness and humour are valued.

The Position
- Design and produce creative digital and print collateral across various formats
- Develop and maintain engaging content for websites, e-newsletters, brochures, and social media
- Manage photography and videography, including capturing content and coordinating with suppliers
- Maintain digital assets, including media libraries and content archives
- Update and support the School’s website and internal portals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality creative projects on time
This is a permanent full-time position, ideally with an immediate start, however, able to be negotiable.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have strong communications and graphic design experience, preferably within an education environment. This role requires the successful person to be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple creative projects and balance competing priorities across digital and print platforms. You will have strong interpersonal skills and an eagerness to deliver excellent service to all stakeholders, whilst supporting the values of Wenona.
