Housekeeping Office Coordinator - Silk Hospitality
As our team continues to grow, we are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our housekeeping operations and contribute to delivering a seamless guest experience.
As Office Coordinator You'll:
- Handle telephone calls and ensure all messages, information and requests are logged, communicated promptly and accurately to provide delivery of excellent service for both internal and external Guests.
- Generate various operational reports for the coordination of the Housekeeping department.
- Maintain effective records and filing systems.
- Process requests and delegates work assignments in a timely manner while adhering to the Hotel’s brand standards.
