Your New Role
In this role as Digital Optimisation Specialist - Acquisition, you will be a key part of the growing Digital Practice. This role will directly engage with the Acquisition & Growth Value Stream by supporting both the Acquisition and Onboarding squads. Additionally, you will work within the Digital Practice to continue to develop the digital optimisation capability across the business.
This is a hands-on role, and every day will bring different tasks and challenges, and you will be working as part of a team of amazing functional specialists.
By partnering with the Acquisition & Growth Value Stream you will champion digital optimisation for acquisition and onboarding activities.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills & experience:
- 5years+ experience in digital optimisation. Although this role is focused on acquisition and onboarding, broader optimisation experience will be a benefit.
- Working knowledge of customer centric design processes (UX/ information architecture, etc), AB testing (Adobe Target) and analytics.
- Develop conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to align with value stream objectives.
- Identify opportunities for uplifting conversion rates across campaigns, public web and authenticated platforms
- Use data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to monitor and report on CRO performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform desirable (Target, AEM and Adobe Analytics) or another comparable platform.
- Be able to establish and grow strong relationships with internal business and technology stakeholders at all levels in the business.
- Experience leading the delivery of small/medium sized projects from requirements gathering, documentation, production release management and ongoing optimisation.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and keep across a variety of activities.
