The Centre
Belgravia Leisure has been awarded a three-year contract to manage the City of Sydney’s iconic leisure and aquatic centres.
In managing these centres it employs people in roles such as lifeguards, learn to swim instructors, fitness coaches, centre management, and corporate functions.
All employees are expected to work across the different locations and contribute to the Contract’s imperatives of operating sustainably, driving centre attendance, and fostering inclusion for all members of the community.

Are you passionate about digital transformation and data-driven decision-making? Join Belgravia Leisure as a Digital Systems and Insights Analyst and help shape the future of our aquatic centres across the Sydney of City portfolio.
You’ll lead the integration and optimisation of our digital systems, manage data platforms, and deliver insights that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This role is central to our City of Sydney contract and supports our commitment to innovation and excellence. This will be a full time role.
- Manage systems including Xplor Recreation, Microsoft Dynamics, and Genesys Cloud
- Lead digital projects, automation initiatives, and system upgrades
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards
- Support user adoption and change management
- 2+ years’ experience in digital systems or data analysis
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Experience with leisure membership systems (Xplor preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and PowerBI
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
