ANOTHEN Community Care is a growing national provider for NDIS participants who have finding and keeping a job in their NDIS plan. Our employment support mentors play a critical role in supporting individuals to achieve their desired outcomes for work and study.
We are looking for individuals who have an interest in mentoring individuals on their finding and keeping a job journey. We offer a professional development program to equip support workers who have a desire to expand their skills and knowledge to be a successful employment support mentor.
The right candidates will have the following criteria:
- Minimum of a certificate III in individual support or similar
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children’s check
- Current first aid and CPR
- Excellent English – spoken, written and comprehension
- Car with registration and insurance
- Willingness to learn
- Committed and reliable
Being an employment support mentor is very rewarding, at ANOTHEN Community Care you will have a team leader to guide and support you and your clients, an online platform to give you a road map which has been individually designed form each client by our find and keep a job coordinator.
We have clients waiting for you to start work.

Pay: $32.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
