The Role:
We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Beacon Hill group home with 30-35 hours per week.
- Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
- Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
- Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access.
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
- Being part of a fun and dynamic team.

Requirements:
- Experience as a disability support practitioner/ a carer/ assistant in nursing/ aged care/ assistant in nursing/ nursing
- A current NSW Driver’s License (P2 minimum).
