About the Role:
As Manager, you will oversee and grow our disability support and support coordination services across Queensland and New South Wales, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our services into new regions, driving strategic growth, and leading a motivated and compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dynamic team, ensuring service excellence and achieving KPIs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality, person-centered care and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with participants, families, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and financial targets to ensure growth and operational success.
- Strategically expand our services into new regions across Queensland.
- Lead ongoing staff development, training, and performance management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven leadership experience within the disability or social services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS guidelines, compliance, and best practices.
- Proven experience with a staff rostering program, such as Shiftcare
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- A results-driven professional, highly motivated to achieve goals and targets while making a significant impact.
- Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Qualifications in disability services, business management, or related fields would be highly regarded.

Pay: $68,956.27 – $110,500.00 per year
