Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, and reliable staff to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us. We have a current need for staff with experience working with complex clients who have high medical needs. Must be flexible and have capacity to work flexibly. Must be available to work 20+ hours a week.
Ability to speak English is essential for this role.

- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home*.

Essential:
- Drivers Licence & access to your own vehicle

- Flu Vaccination
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including short shifts, long shifts, mornings, and evenings.
Desirable/Highly preferred but not required:
- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.

Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour
