About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in the Campbelltown area. This role involves providing in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants, assisting them with daily living activities, personal care, transport, and social engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Facilitate community access and social participation
- Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate shift notes and incident reports as required
- Build positive and respectful relationships with participants and their families
Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per government requirements)
- Experience in disability support or community care is desirable
