My priority is to find a support worker who is reliable, consistent and committed for 30hrs support per week
I require the following services:
- Assistance with daily activities - basic cleaning and cooking
- Social activities
- Transport to and from events in your own car to a range of different services and appointments (Kilometres used will be paid for)
- Monday to Saturday's only
- Able to use Shiftcare mobile app
- Other tasks as requested
Must have or be willing to obtain:
- National Police Check
- Blue Card or Yellow Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Queensland Drivers License and own vehicle
- Certificate III in Disability Care (hourly rate based on having this)
- A personal phone to report case notes and receive shift notifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in the same field
