The role
As the Diversity & Inclusion Manager – Indigenous Employment Program, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of Crown’s Indigenous Employment Program. You’ll work closely with internal teams and Indigenous communities to create culturally safe, supportive, and sustainable employment opportunities.

Since 2009, the IEP has welcomed over 1,000 Indigenous team members and continues to be recognised for its impact and innovation.
This is an identified position for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, in line with Crown’s commitment to improving employment outcomes and representation. Applicants must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. We are seeking a passionate and culturally grounded leader to manage and grow this program across Crown Properties.
Please note, this role can be located in either our Perth or Sydney site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Indigenous Employment Program, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
- Collaborating with Crown business units and Indigenous communities to attract and engage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent
- Support candidates through onboarding and career development
- Driving initiatives to enhance employee retention and long term career satisfaction
- Managing a wide range of stakeholders, including internal hiring leaders, People & Culture teams, current and prospective employees, external agencies, and Indigenous and Aboriginal community partners

You’ll bring the following:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Empathetic and culturally aware with the ability to connect meaningfully
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Engaging and passionate about diversity and inclusion
- Experienced in People & Culture, Recruitment, or Diversity & Inclusion (desirable)
