Your new role
Are you someone who finds joy in helping others live independently and with dignity? We're looking for compassionate and flexible Domestic Services Attendants to join our team on a Part Time basis (minimum 20 hours per fortnight).
In this dynamic and people-focused role, you’ll be more than a cleaner—you’ll be a trusted presence in the lives of our clients. You’ll deliver domestic cleaning services tailored to each individual, helping them maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment.
We support clients in all parts of Melbourne and many parts of Regional Victoria with offices in Flemington, Braeside, Ballarat, Shepparton, and Geelong. Please let us know your location preference when submitting your application. You’ll travel across local communities, bringing comfort, cleanliness, and care into the homes of clients who rely on your support to live independently.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Refreshing living spaces with vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping
- Restoring sparkle to bathrooms and toilets
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces to create a welcoming environment
- Keeping kitchens clean and functional—benches, sinks, stovetops, and appliances
- Managing household waste by emptying bins and replacing liners
- Changing bed linen to ensure a restful night’s sleep
- Washing and drying personal clothing and linen with care
- Spot cleaning walls and high-touch surfaces for a hygienic home
- Light window cleaning (within safe reach) to brighten up the space
- Giving fridges and ovens a thorough clean when needed

What we will need from you:
- Current Driver’s Licence and access to reliable vehicle
- First Aid Level 2
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
- Physically capable of performing manual cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Non-judgemental, respectful and client-focused approach
- Food Safety and Infection Control certificates
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions and report concerns
