We’re now seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to lead our Panorama Rooftop Bar — someone who thrives in a high-performance culture and delivers standout service, every time.

The Role
As Duty Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless daily operations, ensuring every guest experience is exceptional. You’ll lead by example, balancing hands-on service with team leadership, and bring energy, professionalism, and attention to detail to every shift.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing daily FOH and Bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Leading, training, and motivating staff to deliver consistently high standards.
  • Driving sales and revenue through upselling, promotions, and service excellence.
  • Managing stock, cash handling, rostering, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinating functions and events, ensuring they are delivered flawlessly.
  • Handling guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes.
About You

We’re looking for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll have:
  • Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role within a premium bar, restaurant, or similar venue.
  • Strong knowledge of FOH and Bar operations, including service standards, beverage trends, and RSA compliance.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
  • Sound financial acumen, with experience in rostering, stock control, and cost management.
  • High personal presentation and professionalism, with a focus on guest experience.
Desirable but not essential:
  • Qualifications in hospitality management.
  • Experience across multiple venue types or events.
  • Familiarity with POS and rostering systems.
  • Current First Aid certification.
