About this Role:

  • Full Time, Fixed term, 3 terms cover (PL)
  • Commencing Term 1, 2026
  • Location: Early Learning Centre, 63 Clowes Street, South Yarra

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering a stimulating early learning program including small group experiences while providing consistent care and supervision of children
  • Contribute to child documentation and maintain records, upholding the school’s policies and Child Safe practices
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
  • Build respectful relationships with families and contribute to positive team culture
  • Participate in general centre duties and administrative tasks as required

About You:

  • Hold a Diploma level qualification/s in Early Childhood Children Services or other ACEQA approved fields, current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification
  • Demonstrated experience working in an early childhood or education support setting
  • Deep knowledge of EYLF and VEYLDF curriculum frameworks
  • Skilled at building meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using digital tools such as iPads, Seesaw and Microsoft 365
