Ecommerce/Social Media Manager St Kilda
We are a well-known jewellery company that has been producing exquisite, handcrafted silver and gold gemstone jewellery for 30 years. We are now looking for a E commerce/Social media Manager to join our flagship jewellery gallery on St Kilda's busiest retail strip and to join our team. To be considered for this position, the suitable candidate must:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee e-commerce fulfillment procedures
- Email marketing
- Assist customers with personal styling and shopping as needed
- Oversee inventory on a bi-weekly basis and update website as needed
- Manage communications with customers about design projects
- Assist with customer service as needed
- Social media Content creation and management
- Website Photography
Qualifications and Skills
- Have 2-4 years of luxury brand or jewelry retail sales/operations experience
- Existing knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Energetic and highly motivated, able to work at a very fast pace
- Work well independently within a small, close-knit team
- Process oriented with an exceptional level of attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Accountable by nature and able to take complete ownership for a complicated task
Experience with Shopify preferable

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
