Description:
Part Time 12months Parental Leave Cover - Education Hub Coordinator
As our Education Hub Coordinator, you will support the Executive Director of Pedagogy and the Education Hub Lead, and act as a key contributor to the successful operations of the department.
You will:
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a first point of call for all Education Hub enquiries.
Review and establish systems and processes for effective coordination of the Education Hub, including event planning and facilitating online workshops.
Liaise with and meet needs of facilitators of professional learning programs and workshops.
Host and support webinars at times which meet sector requirements, including evenings.
Monitor and manage the website and other platforms to create and set up courses.
Maintain record keeping and data reporting to inform planning.
What we are looking for:
An experienced coordinator, with a passion for providing premium customer service.
Technical skills, with relevant experience in a learning and development role including providing background support for live webinar delivery.
Working knowledge of Arlo, HubSpot & e-learning platforms such as Moodle.
High levels of initiative, an eye for detail, and the ability to be a self-starter.
Competency in a broad range of Microsoft and Windows programs.
