ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Education Operations Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Education Content & Strategy team to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You’ll coordinate complex projects, manage vendor relationships, and streamline operational workflows to ensure the successful development and delivery of educational content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about enabling excellence in education.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Smartsheet, MS Project or similar tools
- Support contract creation, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
- Facilitate logistical activities such as video shoots and asset development
- Identify and report risks, blockers, and issues
- Create clear and actionable meeting notes and documentation
- Proven experience in project coordination and administration within complex environments
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Jira, Teams, and project management tools
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change
- Emotionally intelligent with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Academic qualification in education highly valued
