Key Responsibilities
Project manage CIM and DMS workstreams from initiation to delivery
Develop essential project artefacts, including project plans, risk registers, and communication plans
Lead procurement activities, including RFT development, vendor evaluation, and contract onboarding
Manage stakeholder requirements gathering and produce functional and non-functional specifications
Provide governance reporting and ensure project compliance
Contribute to the preparation of business cases to support strategic decision-making
Skills & Experience
Proven expertise in GIS and DMS projects
Strong background in CIM integration and Utility Network model implementations
Demonstrated experience in project management within IT or engineering domains
Proficiency in preparing procurement documentation (RFT, vendor selection, onboarding)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to produce clear project documentation and governance report
Contract Details
Term: 12 months, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months
Location: Darwin, NT (on-site work may be required)
Visa Requirement: Must hold a valid Australian working visa
