What we are looking for:
We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative Guidance Officer who can contribute to our inclusive, student-centred culture. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently while also engaging effectively as part of a supportive team.
A strong understanding of inclusive education practices, curriculum adjustments, and strategies to support student wellbeing and positive behaviour is essential. Experience working with diverse learners from Prep to Year 6 is highly valued. The ability to build meaningful connections with local support services will also be a key strength in this role.
