Deepak Key skills Minimum 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow development roles. • ServiceNow Admin Certification (or higher). • ITIL Practitioner Certification (or higher). • Strong experience with Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflow Design. • Experience across scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell) and frameworks (.NET, Angular, React). • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure. • Demonstrated experience with APIs, middleware, and network technologies (firewalls, proxies, etc.). • Background in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple integration points. • Ability to produce detailed solution documentation and stakeholder communications. Desirable skills: Ability to develop, script, and enhance ServiceNow modules and integrations (e.g., ITSM, ITSM Pro, ITOM). • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions. • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement technical plans and improvements. • Build and maintain release plans and environment provisioning in ServiceNow. • Document technical designs and architecture including "as built" and operations guides. • Monitor and assess emerging technologies and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards
