Our Purpose

Empower Australian businesses to trade confidently with their customers.

Our Mission

We aim to be number one in our industry by delivering unique data insights and innovative products.

Your Role & Team

As Events and Sponsorship Manager, you’ll be at the centre of how our brand shows up in the market. Your work will directly shape how customers, prospects, and partners experience our company, whether through flagship events, high-profile sponsorships, or executive roundtables.

By creating standout experiences that spark conversations and build trust, you’ll help accelerate our sales pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen our position as an industry leader. This role is both strategic and hands-on, so you’ll not only design programs that align with business goals but also deliver flawless execution that drives measurable ROI.

This role reports directly to our Head of Growth and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Build and own the annual events and sponsorship calendar, aligning each initiative to our market segments, revenue goals, and brand objectives.
  • Plan, deliver, and optimise corporate events, webinars, roundtables, and activations that attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship opportunities that elevate our brand and provide access to high-value audiences.
  • Manage our premium corporate suite and major sponsorship activations at sporting and industry events—ensuring a flawless and memorable experience for clients and prospects.
  • Oversee the events and sponsorship budget, balancing creativity with commercial discipline to maximise return on investment.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to amplify events with pre- and post-event campaigns, leveraging Salesforce and marketing automation for invites, follow-ups, and lead capture.
  • Work with designers and content marketers to produce compelling event assets, including presentations, signage, and digital promotions that cut through.
  • Track KPIs, deliver executive-level reporting on event and sponsorship performance, and continuously optimise based on data and feedback.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics including venues, catering, AV, registration, and on-site delivery, ensuring a premium experience every time.

Our ideal candidate

  • 4-5+ years in corporate event management, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services.
  • Proven ability to source, negotiate, and manage sponsorships that deliver ROI.
  • Strong budget management and reporting skills, with a results-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to design memorable event experiences.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (you can engage C-suite leaders and energise large audiences alike).
  • You take initiative, own projects end-to-end, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled at cultivating strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated by delivering impact—while bringing creativity and fun to the role.
