We are seeking a passionate and experienced Events Service Manager to lead our dynamic operations team and ensure the flawless delivery of premium events across our iconic venue.
The role
As the most senior operational leader on the floor, the Events Service Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of all events and conferences. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver five-star service, manage logistics, and ensure every detail aligns with Crown’s exceptional standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the events operations team to deliver exceptional service across corporate, social, and internal events.
- Oversee event logistics, staffing, floor plans, and service delivery to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet client expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in service standards, team performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Crown policies, safety standards, and relevant legislation.
About You
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior event operations role, preferably within a high-end hospitality or upscale service environment.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Strong operational knowledge of food & beverage service and event planning.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management – desirable
- NSW RSA Certificate
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is essential.
