About the role
We’re seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to the CCO, supporting them in managing priorities, coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations across the Customer Group. You’ll also provide administrative support to the CCO’s direct reports and their teams when required.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports, including confidential documentation on behalf of the CCO
- Coordinating travel, diary management, and meeting arrangements for the CCO and senior leaders
- Providing clear and accurate reporting to the CCO on relevant risk and compliance requirements
- Working with Customer Group leaders to develop and deliver regular reporting across teams
- Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
What we’re looking for
- Experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare accurate, polished documents
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Establishes and develops productive relationships with all stakeholders
- Advanced/High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Power Point with proficiency in Excel desirable
