In the role of Executive Assistant, you will join the Digital Strategy & Transformation Team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support work
- Calendar management with a strong sensitivity to prioritisation in mind whilst scheduling various events
- Stakeholder management, professionally handling senior colleagues and executives, engaging with the wider business to coordinate etc.
- Inbox management, handling, at times, high volumes of correspondence in a timely and concise manner
- Assistance with developing and distributing documents such as reports and presentations
- Ad-hoc administrative and other supporting tasks
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Prior EA/PA experience within a similarly large organisation highly regarded
- High value stakeholder management, able to reason and rebuff firmly whilst remaining professional
- Outstanding level of attention to detail, can consistently deliver quality work
- Proficiency in handling ambiguity, able to independently seek clarity and navigate through scenarios with unknowns
- Well-developed time management skills, can understand the ‘big-picture’ and prioritise accordingly and at times pre-emptively
- Proactive attitude
