What you'll be doing
The Executive Assistant provides support and assistance to the Director and Directorate as well as broader Executive services. Services are provided in communication, customer service, office management, education, project management, travel & conferences and specific functions related to the Director’s portfolio.
Effective management of the administrative aspects to support both the Director and directorate overall by ensuring that timely and accurate information is provided to support the Director.
Collaborating with the other Executive Assistants in ensuring that the overall executive services are maintained and supported to a high level.
Gathering relevant information in a timely fashion to enable responses to matters to be drafted for Director’s consideration, which may include briefings, correspondence to internal and external stakeholders and all-user communications internally.
Participating in group discussions to ensure that the executive services team meet the needs of the executive.
Ensuring that timely communication around issues pertinent to the directorate and the Network are issued and received to inform responses to correspondence, particularly around training opportunities, and funding for programs.
Provide high level and proactive support to the Directorate committees, including the preparation of agenda and meeting papers as well as minute taking and follow up of post meeting actions.
Support the Director with appropriate and timely preparation of documentation and reports to meet regulatory requirements
Provide additional support for the co-ordination of the Network Executive Office on the Randwick campus, including the Chief Executive and Directors as required.

About You
You are someone who:
- Has success in delivering high level support services to Executive staff and demonstrated experience in project management.
- Demonstrates highly developed communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to interact with people at all levels and an ability to manage a high workload, prioritise tasks whilst under sustained pressure, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
