We're on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Facilities Administrator to help keep our Melbourne office running like a well-oiled machine. If you love being the go-to person, keeping spaces safe, functional and welcoming, and being at the heart of day-to-day operations — this could be your perfect fit.
Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in:
Acting as the friendly, professional face of Iress — greeting clients, visitors and contractors
Managing incoming calls, emails and coordinating meeting room bookings
Maintaining the presentation, security and functionality of our office spacesSupporting office repairs, contractor coordination and health & safety processes
Handling mail, deliveries, supplies and vendor relationships
Maintaining building security protocols and access cards
Supporting compliance and incident reporting, including WHS and emergency procedures
Working closely with the Property & Facilities Lead to deliver smooth, high-quality services to all internal and external stakeholders
What you will bring:
A personable and professional manner with excellent communication skills
Experience in a customer-facing reception or administration role, ideally in a corporate setting.
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
A self-motivated, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Confidence in engaging with colleagues and service providers at all levels.
Sound IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with facilities systems (room booking, access control) is a plus.
An understanding of workplace health & safety (WHS) responsibilities is desirable.
